US Trip - Vegas II / Final
did i forget to mention i went jackpot machine crazy while in vegas?? haha. i had tons of fun playing those jackpot machines, even though i was technically still underage! haha. everyone kept laughing at my obsession with the $2 machine. i just HAD to try it once a day.... more than US$1,000,000 ok! heehee. needless to say, i did NOT come back a millionaire. oh well!
vegas at night. all that wasted electricity! haha. paris; flamingo; us at the caesar's palace fountain; some of the yummy cakes we ate at the cheesecake factory!; us at the world's largest buffet; the paris fountatins
and poor dad, he had to work close to the entire vegas trip, since he was sponsored to come to vegas for the RFID global conference, and while he was working from 8 to 8 everyday, we were eating buffets and spending his money! heehee. sorry! but at least we managed to catch some super good shows. we watched 'Ka' together, this super nice circus type show that just blew me away. the entire thing was the best i have ever seen in my life. truly amazing. blew a cool thousand sgd on just our four tickets, and these were for the cheapest seats too.. but it was so worth it!! and actually, we planned to watch another show, but the tickets were sold out. managed to get only two tickets on the night of the show itself though, so mum and dad went to watch. another thousand sgd for only two tickets, but i heard 'O' was even better! so it was at least well worth it for mummy and daddy to watch. as i say, how often do we come to vegas and get to watch these vegas-exclusive shows? WTH rite? *grinz* haha. and no, i do not waste money, it's just that we should know when to enjoy right? :)
the lure of the lights and showgirls at the rio hotel -- their free hourly 'flesh' show.
can't you just hear the machines calling you?!?! heehee. i won a little!
and while the men were gambling, the ladies went to watch Chippendales, which duckie insisted was a must-see. well, it was a once in a lifetime experience i must say! and OMG. i am going to have to censor this part for your sake. wahhh!!! but heehee. you should have seen my aunt's face when we sent one of the strippers her way. she was trying to get the hands he grabbed and put on his chest off him! lol. she said he took away all her good luck. haha.
and the none too awe-inspiring view back to LA. our road trip was over, and soon, our entire US trip as well! lol. and i was so bored, i took a picture of the super cute eeyore fattie plushie i bought in disneyland while i was hugging it in the car. hee!
last night in the states, and we said goodbye to our cousins. we had dinner at a chinese buffet style restaurant, and i met so many people which i haven't seen in ages, even ever! it was really nice catching up and meeting my distant cousins, and everyone was so nice! well, that's it for my states trip, i'm off to shop in HK next.. and i can't wait! bye!
